1. Who is responsible for your data
Depending on where you engage with us, Hykmann Global Business Solutions Pvt Ltd in India or Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB in Sweden is responsible for the personal data processed through this website, recruitment process and workforce portals. 2. What we collect
- Contact and enquiry information, including name, work email, company and message.
- Recruitment information, including CV, contact details, work history, profile links, application notes and recruitment status.
- Employee and consultant records needed for account access, project assignment and timesheets.
- Security and technical records, such as authentication events, IP address, browser data and audit logs.
- Cookie preferences and optional analytics data where consent is given.
3. Why we process it
We process data to respond to enquiries, assess candidates, manage employment and consulting administration, record project time, secure our systems and meet legal obligations. The lawful basis may be consent, steps before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests, depending on the context.
4. Recruitment data
Application data is used only for recruitment and access is restricted to authorised HR, administrators and relevant hiring decision-makers. Candidate data is retained for the active process and then deleted or anonymised under the configured retention schedule, normally no longer than 12 months unless law requires otherwise or the candidate separately agrees to future opportunities.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We may use vetted technology providers for hosting, authentication, database, file storage, communications and security. Where personal data moves outside the EEA, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism and supplementary safeguards as required.
6. Security and retention
We apply role-based access, row-level database controls, encryption in transit, restricted file storage, audit logging and retention controls. Information is kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual records, security or legal requirements.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority. In Sweden, this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY); in India, applicable rights follow the Digital Personal Data Protection framework as brought into force.
8. Automated decisions
Hykmann does not use this website to make solely automated employment decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Technology may assist organisation and review, while accountable people remain responsible for decisions.
